International Higher School of Medicine (
IHSM) is an educational institution providing services in the field of higher medical education for both international students and citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the following areas:
- higher professional education (specialist degree and master’s degree programs);
- postgraduate professional education at the residency level;
- postgraduate education at the PhD level;
- educational programs for the training of scientific and academic personnel (doctoral studies);
- short-term continuing education programs.
The
strategic directions of IHSM include:

Our
quality management system is designed to respond promptly to changes in both the internal and external environment of the organization.
Continuous improvement is the key principle guiding our work. The implementation and ongoing improvement of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard
ISO 9001:2015 serve as the primary tool for enhancing the quality of the services we provide.
Our employees are
highly qualified professionals who bear personal responsibility for the quality of their work. We strive to ensure that all staff members share the principles of the quality management system, are actively involved in its development, clearly understand the objectives of their work, see the results of their efforts, and are able to influence them. The opinion of each employee is considered important and is taken into account in the functioning of the quality management system.
Responsibility for the
implementation of this policy, its dissemination within the organization, and the formation of employees’ motivation to follow it rests with the
management of IHSM represented by the Rector.
