AIMS & GOALS
- to constantly and systematically observe the technical condition of the premises of the IHSM, plans and organizes maintenance and overhauls on this basis;
- to maintain buildings in good condition with the standards of sanitation, safety and fire safety, conducts preventive maintenance of heating, water supply, lighting, ventilation and sewage systems;
- to determine, according to requests, the requirements of the IHSM to supply with furniture, household equipment, soap and detergents, and other inputs, plans the supply on this basis. It solves write-off issues, as well as timely and correct documentation;
- to provide the proper storage of tangible assets, maintaining records and reports of their spending;
- to ensure execution of contracts with third parties on supplies and maintenance issues;
